MOST women I've spoken to that have failed weight loss techniques, were not using a synergistic approach

 

In fact most were using a fairly 'masculine' approach to weight loss which means

 

--> Pretty well strictly focusing on 'calories in vs. calories out'

 

So this looks like participating in some ten week kick-your-own-ass bootcamp paired with a ten-week 'let's starve myself to death on some paleo type / keto type diet'

 

Seeing often very very minimal results like a half pound shed in a month

 

Or seeing decent results only to gain all the weight back (and then some) after the program ends.

 

MY commitment, to be blunt for a second and toot my own horn, is that I be the last weight loss program a woman ever needs. That she has all the tools to never gain the weight back, again.

I've collected a number of limiting beliefs clients and patients have shared about their health and weight loss over the years.

 

I mean, REPEATEDLY. This is a REPEATED limiting belief:

 

They've seen multiple doctors or professionals, and no one seems to know 'whats wrong with them.' Why they can't lose weight. Why they can't get pregnant. Why they can't figure out why they feel terrible.

 

And my favourite part is the 'All my labs are normal. All my bloodwork is normal.'

 

Bahahaha no it's not. You're just not speaking to a weight loss / hormonal expert in most cases. Most MDs and even specialists don't count - they're just spitting out pharmaceutical answers at you, and if one doesn't exist for your condition,

 

Then they 'don't know what's wrong with you.'

Truth: Losing weight the WRONG way means you're losing muscle mass,

 

Which means you'll end up 'skinny fat' when your program is over

AND a slower metabolism, to boot!

Yassss it’s true, and only our closest friends and family have known for the past few weeks. We made a split-second, yet many-months-thought-out decision a month ago to buy a home significantly North of the city.

 

For those that know me know I hate winter, at least, the drudgery and slushery of Southern Ontario winters. So, I decided to run into Winter face-first instead. At least the kind of winters I had in Quebec as a kid. Ones with real actual snow instead of just grey depression.

I’ve seen a phenomenon in clients to self-sabotage their weight loss efforts either early or late in the game.

 

Some people mess up their diet or detox a few days into it, in the stupidest ways possible.

 

Others refuse to let themselves fully finish a program or goal before they go out with a bang so to say, and undo a lot or all of their hard work.

Following The Herd Leads To Self-Sabotaged Health & Weight Loss Efforts

The weakened brain produces a weak animal with a weak mind. The weak animal needs the herd for survival.

 

 

 

 

Wolves can and do often hunt alone. The term ‘lone Wolf’ comes to mind. But an injured wolf stays with the pack, in fact, buried and protected in the middle. Because it needs the pack to survive, at least until it heals.

 

Humanity is much in the same position.

 

If your brain and body are weak and in perpetual need of healing, you will stay reliant on the herd and the Herd Mentality. Whether it aligns with your True, Soul-Based Values or not.

 

Look at what your herd around you is doing, both in physical life and the herd you expose yourself to on TV, movies social media and radio.
